LUCIA COUTERMARSH

Lucia Coutermarsh is a student journalist at Ithaca College in the Park School of Communications and has experience in writing, filming, editing, and reporting for various types of news stories. 

Lucia is a staff writer for The Ithacan and has written for her high school publication on multiple topics, including community events, food insecurity, and social justice issues. While she is passionate about writing hard-hitting stories, she is also interested in producing documentaries and exploring long-form journalism. 

During her time at IC, she has been a part of the IC Unbound Dance Company as well as the IC Cheerleading Team. She also holds events as Health and Wellness Chair promoting physical and mental health for the Gamma Delta Pi sorority.
